6044 Associated Equipment Model 6044 Automated Battery / Electrical System Tester with 6038C Cart - This is an automated battery testing unit that uses no dirty, maintenance-prone carbon piles. Just enter the discharge current, press the ?start? button and the 6044 will perform the BCI battery test automatically, giving the most accurate means of testing a battery. Testing for the alternator and starter has also been automated, simplifying the use of this very versatile electrical tester. The 6044 also comes with external voltage leads which can be used to record the maximum and minimum voltage readings allowing for easy testing of electrical systems (including testing differential voltages). The unit also comes with a detachable inductive pickup (6043) which can be used to read current throughout the electrical system and a heavy-duty tilt-back cart (6038). 6028DL Associated Combo Battery Tester offers 6/12v with 60/125 AMP dual load. Features a hand-held analog with mid-sized clamps 24" 14/2ga wire offering greater flexibility when attaching to hard to reach applications. A 60 AMP load is used for smaller batteries and a 125 AMP load is used to fully test larger batteries for both CCA and AMP hours.
